Membership levels:
- Individual: $15
- Family*: $20
- Supporting: $50
- Corporate/Organization (Friend): $100
- Corporate/Organization (Supporter): $250 or above
- Individual Life: $375 or $125/year for 3 years
- Family Life*: $500 or $125/year for 4 years
* A family is one or two adults per household and related children in the household.
